I had this service recommended to me by a friend whenever I was looking to buy a pair of glasses frames that were only available in Japan. When I went to purchase the glasses, the pair I had originally intended to buy had already been purchased. After this discovery, Kim was super fast in helping me locate another seller so that I would still be able to get the frames.
