I was trying to buy a rare PlayStation controller off Amazon Japan but the seller wouldn't ship overseas. So I found out about this service on YouTube and went for it. Not a problem, Kim spotted it, contacted me right away with pics to confirm and not only returned the item but managed to find two of them elsewhere, which is beyond impressive! And just when I was about to give up hope in finding the elusive item and forget about it for good. I got the package here a few days later safe and sound and I couldn't be happier.
