Kim is running a fantastic service here. When I was having trouble receiving my order, he did everything to help me with it. His email responses were prompt and pleasant. I get the feeling he really loves this job, and genuinely likes helping people. $5 for such excellent service is rare these days, I honestly can't recommend him enough.
