El servicio es muy eficaz, responden muy rápido las cotizaciones de los productos que uno desea adquirir, son muy amables al contestar las preguntas o peticiones como el pedir que revisen que el artículo se encuentre bien y mandar fotos del mismo antes de enviarlo al país destino. Los costos de comisión por el servicio son bastante razonables al igual que el precio de los envíos. Recomiendo ampliamente usar este servicio para adquirir artículos, y sin duda lo volveré a utilizar. El producto que adquirí llego en perfectas condiciones, sin daños, el empacado del paquete fue impecable, el tiempo que duró el envío desde Japón a México fue de 2 semanas, recomiendo utilizar EMS para el envío.
